Niloufar Banisaied, 58, Says Family Has Always  Been Her Greatest Accomplishment

For Niloufar Banisaied, success has never been measured only by business achievements or professional recognition. Although she spent years helping build a respected name through her involvement with Avalon Hospitality Partners, those closest to her say her true focus has always been her family.

Now 58 years old, Niloufar says the role she values most in life is being a mother and grandmother.

Friends and relatives describe her as someone who always found a way to be present for the people she loved, even during the busiest years of her career. While balancing work,

responsibilities, and the pressures that come with building a business, she made sure her children grew up in a home filled with warmth,  guidance, and stability.

“Family always came before anything else,” one longtime family friend shared. “No matter how  much she had going on, she made time for the  people she loved.”

Over the years, Niloufar became known among friends and family for creating a close-knit environment where everyone felt supported.  Whether it was celebrating milestones, helping through difficult times, or simply gathering everyone together for dinner, she believed the most important moments in life happened at home.

Today, seeing her children grown and building lives of their own is something she says brings  her immense pride.

Her daughter, Sara Banisaied, 35, recently celebrated her wedding surrounded by close friends and family in what Niloufar describes as one of the most emotional and meaningful moments of her life. Watching her daughter begin a new chapter reminded her how quickly time passes and how important family traditions and memories truly are.

According to people close to the family, both  Sara and Shaman often credit their mother for shaping the people they became. They describe her as strong, hardworking, and deeply devoted to her family throughout every stage of their lives.

“She sacrificed a lot for her children,” one family

friend explained. “Everything she did was always  with her family in mind.”

But despite the pride she feels watching her children succeed, Niloufar says nothing compares to becoming a grandmother. Family friends say she completely lights up whenever she is around her grandchildren.  These days, she spends as much time with them as possible, cherishing the simple moments that once seemed ordinary during her busier years.  From family dinners and birthdays to holidays spent together at home, she says this chapter of life has brought her the greatest happiness and peace.

“She’s happiest when everyone is together,” a friend shared. “You can tell being a grandmother  means everything to her.”

Those who know Niloufar say her greatest legacy will not simply be the business she helped build, but the close family she worked so hard to nurture over the years. Even as her children continue taking on more responsibility and creating futures of their own, Niloufar remains the center of the family — someone her loved ones continue to lean on for support,  wisdom, and encouragement.
